(Return & Refund Policy)
Our store primarily handles made-to-order (custom-made) products.
Due to the nature of these products, we have established the following return and refund policy. Please be sure to read it before placing your order.
■ Returns and Exchanges
Since our products are made to order,
we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
(Examples: difference in image / incorrect size or color selection / mistaken order, etc.)
Please carefully confirm your order details before making a purchase.
■ Refunds
As a general rule, we do not accept refunds due to customer convenience.
However, we will review and respond to requests only in the following cases:
■ Cases eligible for refund/exchange
We will respond if any of the following apply:
・If the product has a serious defect
・If the product arrived damaged
・If you received a product different from your order
※Limited to cases where we are contacted within 3 days of product arrival.
■ How we respond
After confirming the details, we will respond with one of the following methods:
・Repair
・Adjustment
・Exchange (if possible)
・Refund (if other options are difficult)
※If our store determines that a repair or adjustment is possible,
we will provide repair or adjustment instead of a refund.
■ How refunds are processed
Refunds will be processed according to the payment method.
・Credit card payment: Refund via the credit card company
・Bank transfer: Refund to your specified account
※Refund processing may take several days to several weeks.
■ Cases not eligible for return/refund
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
・More than 3 days have passed since product arrival
・Used, processed, or damaged products
・Products with scratches or dirt due to customer handling
・Minor individual differences (size variations, color differences, etc.)
・Differences within the acceptable range for product specifications
■ Characteristics of custom-made products
Some of our products are handmade, so there may be slight individual differences
in size, color, and finish.
These are characteristics of the product and do not constitute defects.
■ Damage during delivery
If damage due to an accident during delivery is confirmed,
it may be covered by the delivery company's compensation.
If the packaging appears damaged, please check it upon receipt and contact us promptly.
■ Inquiries
For inquiries regarding returns and refunds, please contact us via the inquiry form.
At that time, please provide the following information:
・Customer name
・Order number
・Name of the product concerned
・Details of the defect (attach photos if possible)
