Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept cancellations due to customer reasons.
In the case of an exchange, we will only exchange the product for the same item if it is defective upon receipt.

We do not accept returns of non-defective products. (We inspect products with great care, but in the unlikely event of a defective product, we will exchange it for a non-defective product. However, this only applies to unused products.)
For products over 300,000 yen, we will provide full compensation and new product compensation.

If you believe that the product you received is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
If there is a defect due to our negligence, we will responsibly produce the product again as soon as possible.
In that case, we would like you to return the defective product. (We will cover the shipping costs.)
