Please note that we will be closed for the Obon holiday from Monday, August 10, 2026, to Sunday, August 16, 2026.

Orders can still be placed on our website as usual during the holiday period.

For standard items already ordered, we will ship them according to the schedule provided in advance, to the extent possible.

However, during and around the Obon period, delivery may take longer than usual due to increased order volume, logistics congestion with shipping companies, and traffic conditions.

For made-to-order and custom items, including those with changes in size, color, or specifications, production and shipping arrangements will proceed sequentially after the holiday period ends.

Inquiries received during the holiday period will also be addressed in order after the holiday period concludes.

Please note that even if shipments are dispatched as scheduled, delivery may not reach you by your specified date and time due to congestion with shipping companies or road conditions.
